Follow-Up Bike Fit - 2 Sessions

This service is for collect & ride customers who require a more in depth fitting process. We believe the best bike fits require small changes and regular feedback, we've designed this 2 Step Fit process to give you and our fitter time to dial-in your perfect set-up. • Initial Consultation -biometric assessment & first round of small changes - 1.5hrs • Final Adjustment - remaining changes and summary - 1hr Our Assessments: • Basic body mobility assessment • Cleat position setup & foot stability check • Saddle height, setback & tilt adjustment • Stem, bar & lever position optimisation • Real-time on-bike position assessment • Indoor fixed roller test to confirm feel Photo ID & Bank Card - Each rider must bring a valid passport or driver's license & bank card for keeping if you are test riding a Canyon bike during the session. Parking: Limited parking available on site, we may ask you to park for free at 11am in the local streets if there are not spaces on site. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require 48 hours notice or the full fee may be charged.
