Relevant for men and women of all ages and levels of cycling, find out why hormones are crucial to performance. Understand how you can harness your hormones to reach your personal full potential through nutrition, training and recovery, throughout your cycling career.
Dr Nicky Keay will guide you through the power of your hormones with practical, evidence-based strategies to harness these internal drivers of positive adaptations to cycling. Gain insights on how to fuel, train and recover to perform at your best. Plus, top tips from the latest research on how to navigate the menstrual cycle, perimenopause/menopause and beyond.
There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.
Arrive from 6pm to order your food and drinks, then Nicky will speak from 7pm for 90mins (including Q&A) and there will be more time for food and drinks up until 9.30pm.
Signed copies of “Hormones, Health and Human Potential” will be available for purchase & you will receive a few surprise treats on the night.
