Why not finish it off your Scramble Ride with a 5km brick session? We will run along the Thames path followed by refreshments at the Moloko Cafe.


Preparing for a triathlon? Join us for a race-specific training session featuring:

  • 50km group ride (Walton Loop)

  • Transition practice at Moloko

  • 5km run along the Thames Path

  • Drinks & pastries at the cafe

Train race-day skills, meet like-minded athletes, and grab some refreshments afterwards.
