CrossFit Putney & Moloko present - a three-week workshop series designed specifically for cyclists who want to ride stronger, move better, and recover smarter. Starting June 10th, this small-group series combines Reformer Pilates, strength training, and yoga to support the real demands cycling places on the body - helping improve performance, resilience, and longevity both on and off the bike.
Each workshop is coach-led, practical, and built specifically for cyclists, focusing on the areas most often overlooked in endurance training: movement quality, stability, strength balance, recovery, and long-term resilience.
The series is designed to help cyclists experience and better understand how complementary training can improve both performance and longevity on the bike. Rather than adding unnecessary fatigue, each session is intended to support your riding through smarter movement, improved body awareness, and more efficient mechanics.

Improve control, alignment, core stability, and movement efficiency to support better riding mechanics and reduce overuse issues.
