This appointment includes: - 1 to 1 consultation with our expert team on the best bike for your needs - A short test ride (limited to 15mins during busy periods) on demo bikes or a viewing of display bikes - Advice on accessories/adjustment available on your chosen bike Photo ID & Bank Card - Each rider must bring a valid passport or driver's license & bank card for keeping during the test ride. If this is not available then we will conduct the sizing on our indoor trainers. Parking: Limited parking available on site, we may ask you to park for free at 11am in the local streets if there are not spaces on site. Pro Tip: We recommend bringing your current bike, to speed up the sizing and set-up process.
Summary of Terms
Moloko Demo Service Policy Moloko Demo services aim to improve comfort, efficiency and confidence on the bike based on rider feedback, physical assessment and observed movement. All recommendations are made in good faith and tailored to the information the rider provides. Rider Responsibility By booking a demo, the rider confirms they are physically able to cycle, have disclosed any relevant injuries or medical conditions, and understand that position adjustment are approximate and designed to enable a clear understanding of the right size and model of bike for the customer to order. Mechanical Safety Adjustments may involve repositioning components. All work is carried out to a professional standard, but the rider remains responsible for checking their bike is safe to ride before each demo. Follow-Up Support The Fast Fit includes one follow-up refinement within 30 days The Pro Fit includes two follow-up refinements within 60 days. Additional adjustments or workshops may incur extra charges. Component Recommendations Suggestions regarding saddles, stems, bar width, cleats or insoles are made to improve comfort and alignment. The rider is responsible for any purchase decisions. Returns and exchanges follow Moloko’s retail policy. Moloko cannot guarantee outcomes from components sourced elsewhere. Liability Moloko does not accept responsibility for: • Pre-existing or undisclosed health conditions • Injury caused by ignoring discomfort or medical advice • Damage caused by improper bike use or setup • Any incidents, crashes or third-party events occurring during the session Acceptance of Terms By booking and attending a Moloko Bike Demo, the rider accepts this policy.
