Whether you're a weekend rider, endurance rider, or a more competitive racer, this workshop is designed to build the strength, stability, and power you need to perform better on the bike - and stay injury-free.
We’ll kick things off with a 15-20 minute educational session covering the key role strength training plays in cycling performance, including:
- Why endurance alone isn't enough
- How strength work can help your cycling strength, power and mobility
- Injury prevention through balanced muscle development
Then we’ll put theory into action with a 30-40 minute strength-focused workout tailored specifically for cyclists. Expect functional movements that target your glutes, hamstrings, core, and hip stability - critical areas for strong, efficient riding.
All levels welcome. Bring your energy, your questions, and get ready for a fun session!
