We have created a processing service to support customers with DT Swiss Recalls. TIMINGS DT Swiss/Madison are claiming a turn around time of approx 20days from receipt of the wheels. They will perform safety assessments and either return or replace the wheels depending on the results of the test. Our handling time may add approx 1 working week to DT Swiss/Madison's turnaround time as we are dealing with a large volume of cases. This service includes: - Wheels removed from frame (you will need to take your frame with you as we have no storage facilities on site). - Removal of Tyres, Inner Tubes, Brake Discs & Cassette (this will be handed to you in a plastic bag for safe keeping). Duration: 30mins

All work is carried out with utmost care; however, Moloko Cycling cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage, wear, or faults arising during repair. Customers are responsible for ensuring their bike is insured and collected promptly once notified. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
